Privacy Policy — Tiny Touch: Animals & Sounds

TL;DR

Tiny Touch collects no personal information. None. The app does not connect to the internet except to verify your subscription with Google Play. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs that collect data.

Information we do NOT collect

Tiny Touch does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers
• Device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address)
• Location of any kind (precise or approximate)
• Photos, videos, audio recordings, or files from your device
• Contacts, calendar, or any other on-device data
• Browsing history, app usage, or behavioral analytics
• Any data about children under 13 (or any age)

What is technically transmitted

The only outbound network traffic from Tiny Touch is to Google Play Billing to:

1. Check whether the active Google Play account has an active Tiny Touch Premium subscription.
2. Initiate, complete, or cancel a subscription purchase when the user explicitly taps the subscribe or restore button.

This communication is handled entirely by the Google Play Services library on the device. We never receive your billing details, payment method, or any personal information from Google.

In-app purchases

Tiny Touch offers one optional subscription, “Tiny Touch Premium,” at $1.99 per month, billed by Google Play. The subscription is gated behind a parent-only math problem (the “parent gate”) so that children cannot accidentally trigger the purchase flow. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions.

Children’s privacy

Tiny Touch is designed for children under 13 and is enrolled in the Google Play Designed for Families program. We comply with:

• The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including special protections for children (GDPR-K)
• The UK Age Appropriate Design Code

Because we collect zero personal data, parental consent under these regimes is not triggered. We have nonetheless designed the app so that no purchase, sign-up, or external link can be activated without a parent passing the math gate.

Permissions

Tiny Touch requests the minimum Android permissions necessary to function. As of this release, the app requests no runtime permissions. It declares no <uses-permission> for camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or internet access in AndroidManifest.xml (Google Play Billing operates over the system service, not an app-level network permission).

Third-party services

Only Google Play Services is integrated, solely for the subscription billing described above. Google Play’s own privacy policy applies to your Google account: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We use no other third-party SDKs — no Firebase, no Crashlytics, no AdMob, no analytics platforms, no attribution networks.

Data retention

We retain no user data because we collect none.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Effective date” above and announce changes in the next app update’s release notes. Material changes (e.g., adding any data collection) will require explicit user notification within the app before taking effect.
